Customer Sales Representative

Kathy has been a valued member of the VCM team since 1997, dedicating twenty-six years to providing top-notch solutions for our customers. In her role as a Customer Service Representative, Kathy excels in entering orders, offering shipping lead times, tracking existing order statuses, and expertly addressing technical questions, particularly in the Zurn Wilkins segment of VCM’s business.

A graduate of Huffman High School, Kathy commenced her career at Hertz Rental Car. Reflecting on those days, she recalls, “During my time at Hertz, O. J. Simpson was our spokesperson. Boy, did we get some questions and comments when he became known for something other than football!”

Following her tenure at Hertz, Kathy contributed her skills to Ferguson Enterprises in Birmingham. In her free time, Kathy finds joy in gardening, embarking on beach trips, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren.
